Kevin Brown
Kevin Brown currently resides in Cumberland, MD. Upon entering adolescence, he became fully aware that he wanted to be a writer. Specializing in creative fiction, Kevin recently became interested in freelance writing. In addition to having a strong oppurtunity to become a published writer, he believes freelance writing seems to offer the possibility of engaging in a wonderful learning experience.
Kevin loves the literary world, particularly the creative fiction part. He is currently working on his second novel. The novel falls under the mystery/psychological thriller genre and takes place in Los Angeles. The main character (protagonist) is a homicide detective working for the LAPD. Kevin's ultimate goal is to have the novel published under a major publishing house before the end of the 2012 year.
He is enrolled at the Allegany College of Maryland Cumberland campus, although he is not actively attending. Kevin is pursuing a degree in English and considering switching to either creative writing or journalism once he transfers. His initial goal was to attempt to further his education to the graduate level and become an English teacher. To this day, this remains an option, although he is more interested in a writing career as opposed to a teaching one.
Kevin hopes his time with suite101 proves to be a valuable learning experience as well as the chance to realize his maximum potential and become successful. Kevin Brown feels blessed to have an amazing oppurtunity and his primary wish is to make it into one of his best experiences ever.
